This has so many uses
Picked some of these up as a possible solution to an overheat problem with 12v LED panels.
As it turns out they are just the right size for 12v 4w COB panels with 48 LED's. I tend to over power these a little which produces quite a lot of heat. After pasting and gluing the panels onto the heatsink and wiring the fan to the same power source... they barely get warm.
The fan is quiet but not silent and moves a fair amount of air for such a small fan.
I have no idea how well they work with video cards, but I'm more than happy.

Very surprised
1 of 1 found this helpful Ordered these fans for the back of my day van. The plastic base is a little weak but I have mounted it to the wall with 4 screws.
Adjusted the fans to point at the rear seats about 2m away. Even on the low setting they move enough air to give a nice breeze.
The fan mounts have rotation limits so you can't cause wire damage, but in my case it does cause a small problem with getting the right position for the air flow. The rest of the build quality is above what I expected given the price.
One fan had picked up a slight vibration. But a small amount of pressure to the back of the fan cage stops the nose.
These are surprisingly effective, cheap, robust fans.

Budget gaming case
Picked this up for a rebuild of an older PC. It may not be the prettiest or sleekest of cases, but what it lacks in fine design it makes up for in cooling & workability.
The drive bays are easy to access with side mounting right behind the twin intake fans, keeping the drives cool. Wiring is always kept to the right of the case tucked away behind the plating. The same goes with the ATX & processor power & sata cables. The only one I couldn't hide was the graphics card power cable. This leaves the inside of the case very clean & airflow friendly. Fitted a push/pull heatsink for the processor which sits just in front of the exhaust fan.
The only problem I had was with the length of the PSU cables. They were far to short to fit correctly. You can buy ATX & 4 pin extension cables from ebay, amazon or pop along to Maplins (the expensive option at £8).
