Adrenal Fatigue - 21st Century stress syndrome
I bought this book, because for the past 5 years I have felt shattered. My weight has yo-yo'd, I have gone to bed early but still woken up tired. If you have any of these symptoms get this book. I have spent thousands seeing various therapists and doctors to try and find out what was wrong with me. It was Adrenal Fatigue. This book has helped me self diagnose and treat my condition, with lots of helpful advice and practical solutions. This is a condition that GP's are ill prepared to diagnose so it really is up to you to investigate further. I would also recommend a Kinnesiologist - it was mine that pointed me in this direction and I am eternally grateful.

Waste of money. Sodium bicarbonate doesn’t whiten teeth. It’s an abrasive stain removal found in every toothpaste, which is far cheaper than this product.

Extendable baby gate
Great seller, have bought numerous gates from them, this one is great and easy to adapt to the correct width. If you have uneven walls use batten for the fixings. Then it will hang and open and close easier. 👍🏼
