  The mug arrived safe and sound, well packed for a potential rough trip. It looks exactly as the picture. My dad owned one of these, but it was darker. It was a bit pricey, but that's because of conversion rates as well as transport. Really though, it's priceless.

  Hadnt been sent by latest arrival date with no communication to advise it would be late. Eventually sent part of order, and in terrible condition, nothing close to what was listed. Seller had lots of excuses and offered a very small partial refund that wouldn't cover the missing items, let alone those not as described, when I said I wanted to return.
