Great Value

You get a solid monopod with a great smooth video head including a quick release plate. It's a very solid build and holds my Panasonic G85 well. While it can extend for up to 1.5m, like most monopods its much harder to balance - it is possible - on flat surfaces, but I wouldn't recommend it. It weighs around 1kg, but most of that is from the video head which I personally swap out for the much lighter Joby SLR-Zoom head.
