Plantronics Voyager 5200 Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headset

Battery life on unit shipped to me is terrible

I've owned two Plantronics Voyager 5200 headsets prior to this one, and both held charges for over 5 hours of heavy use. This particular headset barely lasted 2 hours after a full charge after unboxing. After recharging via USB cable, the headset battery only lasted 1 hour. Now, after several charges, the headset battery only lasts 20-30 minutes tops. The Voyager 5200 is a fantastic product. However, the one that was shipped to me is clearly defective.
