Its a Battery
It does exactly what it is supposed to powers up my phone. Not much else I can say about it. Good battery for the price.

Solar panel works very well
Brilliant little heater panel. It doesn't heat the pool up to very hot, if you are looking for something thing to make your pool very hot this is not the item you want, it does however bring the temperature up a couple of degrees so it is comfortable to be in, which is exactly what i was looking for. Easy to set up. Only problem i had was finding a good place where the sun will catch it, but that is nothing to do with the item and more the position of my pool. I would recommend this item if you are looking to heat your above ground pool just a few degrees so its not so cold when you get in. I only have one heating a 10 foot pool (2 is recommended) which is doing a decent job, the kids no longer jump in the pool and leave 5 minutes later saying it is too cold to play in even with the sun shining. I got into the pool to check out the temperature and was pleasantly surprised.
I would recommend building a stand to put the panel in as if it is lying flat on the ground small children tend to try and stand on it. Other option put it somewhere that it wont be accidentally stepped on. It tells you not to stand on the panel. As standing on it will cause damage to the panel.
I also added black pipes to mine to take the water back into the pool, just so that too much heat is not lost in the journey between the panel and the pool, so far it appears to be working.
