Evercryl roof sealant.
I've used this to keep a large, failing garage roof weatherproof. It works exactly as described and has remained waterproof for several years now. You can apply in wet conditions, if necessary, but beware frost until it has cured. Recommended.

Works well.
I was recommended to use this on my convertible, with folding, retractable roof - so there were lots of rubber seals to treat. This product worked well in cleaning up the various rubber strips and leaving a fresh, more pliant seal. It probably contributed to curing a very slight water leak above the screen/hood joint. Not cheap, but you get lots of product for the money - I only used less than a quarter bottle for the whole car, (two door). Sometimes the applicator won't reach awkward slots in the rubber, but a soft cloth is an easy substitute.

Oak bookcase.
Nice, heavyweight piece of furniture. Good finish and generally went together straightforwardly, using the useful instructions. All fasteners present, well identified and with spares. Only one minor hitch - one small access hole not completely drilled through - easily rectified. Excellent value compared with shop equivalent.
