Norman Paxo says yes
These little belters might not be the best quality, or the most attractive horns but they are just about the cheapest. They are definitely loud enough to get someone's attention in a hurry, but I don't think they are as loud as the 135db claimed. The sound is a bit high pitched, so if your after a bowel shaking fog horn type noise these might not be the horns for you.
I have spent double the money on other horns and these are louder and come with the necessary relay needed to wire in correctly. You don't always buy twice when you buy cheap.

Good for the money!
This is a heavy, solid bit of kit, and because of this it may be a bit too heavy for smaller scopes. It could have easily been made a third of the length and not lost any of the usability.
It's relatively easy to get your device lined up with your lens and has a simple locking mechanism to avoid unwanted adjustments, however it lacks the ability to move the camera out of its position so you can use your eye.
If your wanting to use a mobile phone then its no good as it comes but having said that it's easy enuf to fasten a phone holder in place where the camera would go.
It's not all bad look at the price you'd have to spend 3 or 4 times as much to get anything better or even as good. It's far from flimsy and you wouldn't want to drop it on your toes without steel toecaps.
For the money it's got to be worth a go.

Shockingly bad avoid!!!!
4 of 6 found this helpful Waste of money, the build quality isn't that bad, but they sound terrable and are nothing like the stated 150db. To fit correctly in to the existing horn circuit a relay is required.(not supplied) If they are just wired as a direct replacement with your standard horn you'll need a good supply of fuses.
They would be ideal if your building a clown car and wanted to get the odd laff every time you honked them. Sadly it seems it's a case of "you buy cheap you buy twice." Avoid the disappointment and buy something fit for purpose.
