Great value for money
Sharpened scissors very quickly. Have to be careful to keep pressure light and make more passes than try to get it done in one, but I'd much rather that than spend an hour doing it by hand or spend more to get a unit with a more powerful motor. Very good value for money

Great value, easy to fit

lots of heat really quickly, very easy to clean
Great for searing or rapid boiling, delivers a lot of heat really quickly, much more quickly than my gas range.
However, fine control is not as intiutive as it could be - power output can be controlled by temperature, but 60 degrees was too cool and 80 degrees burned my sausages! When you switch between trying to control by wattage and temperature it resets rather than staying at an equivalent level, which was also a little annoying.
