Fixed a Sony ICF-SW40 using this

I bought a Sony ICF-SW40 from eBay and it needed a new tuning dial. The unit was skipping frequencies and going backwards and forwards rather than tuning in a smooth up or down manner. I soldered in this replacement unit and the outcome was immediate. The tuning performed exactly as I wanted. The radio was transformed into a “like new” unit. Brilliant!
