  Checked details of chair with seller prior to purchase. Seller confirmed everything was as published. Arranged man-with-van to collect (some 250 mile round trip). Upon his return it was clearly not as advertised. Seller stated chair was 117cm tall (making it the 'Grande' version). The chair was only 100cm tall - the smaller version. Seems the seller couldn't be bothered to check the details properly. "Oh, bring it back for a refund"... yeah, right! Another man-with-van and all the cost of that!

  This feedback is not fair, never confirmed that the chair was the grande version, did measurements of the chair before listing the chair, I apologised to buyer that the chair is not the version he wanted offered return of the item and refund, was not aware that the buyer was travelling that far to collect the chair (not my fault he now cannot come back) feedback is really unfair considering I’ve offered a resolution.
