Won't reach temperature and Non-Sealing Door
I bought this oven as we needed something that could go counter side with a decent capacity, balanced heating, and high enough temperature. It could be we just got a faulty model but the door doesn't seal properly meaning very unslightly heat stains up the front of the oven and it also fails to reach temperature.This is one of the more expensive counter top options avaiable so I had high hopes, which were seriously dashed. Waiting on a return (so another couple of weeks without an oven) where they say they will fix the fault, we shall see as I hold little faith.

Wonderful Water Filtration System
2 of 2 found this helpful The Royal Berkey may seem expensive at the outset, but when you take into account how well it filters and how long the carbon filters last, it is good value for money. By far the best system on the market and the water filtered through it tastes fantastic. It does take up a bit of counter space, but with a 12l capacity this shouldn't be a surprise really.
The only negative is that there is no way to check easily how much water is in the lower chamber to know when to fill, however there is a special spigot that can be added with a water level indicator which may be worth adding and can be bought separately.
Well worth the investment.
