Genuine product, with immediate successful setup.
Remote has replaced the old one on which the some of the buttons had failed. It was a simple matter of inserting batteries and remote worked instantly. All buttons functioned as they should.Very satisfied with product.

Could fit more snuggly
Bags don’t fit as snugly as I would like and allow dust to leak into the drum so the filter gets very coated with dust. I have been using the vacuum for clearing up after DIY , so the bags are being really tested. Frequent change of bags and not to let them get too full helps.
