Good book
Great book for those who are wanting to learn how to digitize - now I am keeping it as a reference.

A lot of health in one pill
For someone who has dairy allergies this is the perfect probiotic, I have had no problems taking this and it has be great at helping me to keep healthier. Love UP4 - it has the added bonus of Cranberry which makes it easier to know I am taking the extra cautions before something can happen with my health.
