Good product, this one was just a bad unit.
This is a good product; unfortunately, the one I received will not connect to WIFI.

Is what I wanted
quality is kind of IFY but if it just stays shut, that is all I expect.

no manual you can buy, CD installation can be bought, but . . .
1 of 2 found this helpful Installation CD takes 5 weeks to arrive and costs 10.00; when it gets here, the first thing the CD tries to do is search for internet I didn't have; the set up sheet that came with the printer also demanded internet . . . there is none where it will be used.
No manual, so if you can't stand to sit for hours searching for 'how to's is a big down fall. First Epson I've bought without a manual. You can download a pdf manual (again with the internet!) and print the manual yourself and use a 3 ring binder to put it in but those can't compete with a proper bound book and there goes the ink and a ream of paper.
I would have had the pdf professionally printed and bound, but that requires Epson's permission or a professional won't touch it. I tried to get permission, but no direction for that.
Wierd settings . . . I don't speak or understand techie language written in those cutsey little icons . . . so there is more time on the phone with support. I am still plagued with questions on 'how to do'.
In MY opinion, this is 2nd rate compared to the WorkForce WF-4533
