Did the job
When I purchased a new receiver I didn't think about looking for a phono jack to be included. When I connected my old turntable to a regular set of jacks I could barely hear the music at full volume. Now with my Pyle connected I could listen to my old vinyl. The only con is that I could only reach half my max volume when listening to records which is loud enough for me but maybe not for others.
