I Think, Therefore I Am.
A good book for people needing cognitive therapy. (You are what you think.) Lists identify thought patterns, work sheets to work on problems. I bought this book because my therapist, who is treating my Bipolar II condition with medication and cognitive therapy, uses it in his practice.
The thing I like best is the great price I bought it for on eBay.
