Love this product!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have done this cleanse before and I have to say I LOVE IT. I also hate cleanses so that says a lot :-) I am really active and don't have to cut down on any of my yoga classes (which are quite strong) and don't feel like I lose a lot of energy. Day one is a tough one for me and I definitely felt tired but by day 2 I was back to normal. By Day 9 I really wanted to eat food again :-) At that point though you really only have 2 more days so it's super easy. I lost at least 5 lbs (don't use a scale but know my body) and kept it off since I did the cleanse last. Definitely try it, I felt great and lost weight (PS 5lbs is a lot for me, I only really had like 15 to lose, max).
