Fantastic!
1 of 1 found this helpful I’ve been using caffeine supplements for quite a few years now for a number of different reasons; to use as a pre-workout stimulant, to use to enhance my study time and to help me through night shifts. I have been using “Urban Fuel” 200mg caffeine tablets for a few weeks now and have found the results to be outstanding.
What I have found is that a short period of time after taking the tablet I feel a lot more awake and more alert but with the bonus of not feeling jittery, sweaty or just too wired to focus. I’ve also taken a tablet at about 3pm when I usually start flagging and I’m still able to go to bed at 9pm (my routine is bed at 9pm and wake at 4am every day) and go to sleep without any trouble. I’ve not experienced any kind of caffeine crash, just a feeling of, shall we say, being lifted up, then gently put back down. I totally recommend these tablets if you need that extra something in your routine to help achieve your goals.
I have also found the tablets are excellent value for money. If you want to go to the supermarket and buy the most popular brand of caffeine tablet to get the same amount of caffeine you’re required for tablets and even when the product is on special offer as it is in my local supermarket on a three for two is the works at an overall cheaper to buy the Urban Fuel caffeine tablets. Also the tablet is easy to swallow and doesn’t have any taste to it at all. I thoroughly recommend Urban Fuel caffeine tablets from Epic Supplements and I’m sure you’ll get the same excellent results from them that I’ve had.
