Helpful - if historic
If you've just been diagnosed this is a helpful enough book - you get it straight not candy coated, and learn the ABC of MS like a nurse did back in 2002. And the basics haven't changed much - even if newer advances in treatment obviously aren't listed here. A bit shocking when you realise how far your own treatment may have fallen short of what's been recommended for nearly 15 years. The technical stuff is detailed enough to explain without being so technical that it's excluding. I'm still on the lookout for a revised edition - but this book provided helpful groundwork. A medical textbook a layman can easily use.

Oil Paints only
I thought these would be water-cleanable soluble oil paints - but they are just plain oil paints, which is not what I wanted. Clearly I misunderstood the sales pitch that described "oil acrylic water colour artist paints" - my mistake. I bought the real deal from somewhere else.
