this has been purchased as a Christmas present so it would be difficult to rate the product until after Christmas

It's ok
2 of 6 found this helpful Setting up was ok but I felt I had to buy the magic remote to get the full use of the tv - for some reason it won't automatically tune in to Virgin Media when the tv is first switched on, it's London Live so you have to manually input it every time which is a nuisance. Picture quality is quite dark but I can't find how to brighten it slightly so I'm just putting up with it.
I've put yes in the tell us more as there was no middle ground answer, reasonable would be my honest answer so it would be unfair to put no.

not working for me
I've done exactly as the instructions suggested, 2 weeks in but haven't noticed a shred of difference...bit of a con maybe?
