EXCELLENT!
The parts arrived quickly and were the perfect replacements for the broken wheels on my suitcase. It was super easy to unzip the interior of the bag, remove the old wheels, and replace them with these. I thought these replacement parts were a bit expensive, but it was much better to buy these than buy a whole new Hartmann bag. I love this bag and am happy that I will be able to continue to use it for many more years. Thanks!
