Perfect for dementia sufferer
Arrived quickly. Well packaged. No scratches noticed. Extremely simple for me to set up and for my mother to use. One highly visible button to switch on and off. Tuning and volume dials pack away in the back so it can't be fiddled with once set up.

Just what I was looking for
A bit bigger than the usual terminals. Just what I needed. Reasonable price and good service too.

Wanted just the index box really
It was as cheap to buy the box with the drill bits as buy the box on its own. Suspect that the bits are easily blunted or break, but too early to tell at this stage. However, you usually get what you pay for! But, good selection of sizes and quantities of each size. Delivery was quick.
