  Negative feedback: I did not receive the purchased service SIM card. Upon contacting eBay support, I was informed the seller's referral system violates eBay policies regarding prohibited activities, specifically those encouraging potentially illegal actions. Furthermore, this referral system also violates the policy on unauthorized coupon sales. The listing is now inactive, which is another policy violation. No item was shipped, and a full refund is requested.

  Unfortunately this is a scammer who chose to abuse the feedback system. It's also unfortunate Ebay has allowed this...
