  The table mats and matching coasters I purchased were incorrectly described as ‘new’ they showed definite signs of use and two had damage, the seller responded with perhaps the family were using them without her knowledge? and an apology. In fairness they were refunded as soon as they were marked as returned, so a fair outcome.
