Poor and not the standard I'd expect from Dualit
This toaster looks lovely but toasts inadequately. The sides are toasted unevenly, and each piece differently, no matter what bread you use. The first one was returned as faulty but the new one is no better. The manufacturer referred to it as heat transfer ....... a toaster has one basic function - to toast - and it's seems incapable of doing that. My friend has the 4 slice version and hers is exactly the same. I bought this to match my kettle and it's a regrettable purchase.
