took longer to deliver than specified. grease is great, but service from this seller (I have used them for years with no issues) has fallen behind others since I last used them. The item was bought with several other items in their listings, but one item was omitted in the drop shipped package, had to get Ebay had to get involved as seller didn't respond to any communications. I won't be using them again, not what one expects from a high volume seller. disappointing.

Excellent quality product from a great company. Stock is always excellent and is dispatched in a timely manner. However, the weak link is always the courier, took six days to deliver and packaging was badly damaged, how the casing wasn’t ruptured is a surprise. It won’t stop me from ordering from this company again but I won’t be using a “just on time “ policy.

Very poor customer service, 1st Order never arrived, got refund after reporting ebay, seller replied after 10 days! 2nd ordered arrived in a week time thought it stated FedEx next days delivery. Product itself is value for money, you find cheaper than their prices on ebay, they should improve their delivery system and communication with customers

Delivered after 27 days.. poor communication with copy/paste messages and no effects. Looks like when they sell cheap on good offer they are not in hurry to post and keep offering refund. Used to be very good seller, let’s hope they improve.
