  The item arrived late because it was delayed in customs, the buyer received a full refund from eBay and also the item but does not respond to messages and is not willing to pay for it

  Trate varias veces de contactar al vendedor pero solo en una ocasión respondió diciendo que iba a verificar que sucedía con el envío de esta pieza con la oficina de correos y nunca más contestó.
