Better design

A nicely made heavy duty bolt with a proper locking mechanism that holds captive the lock. The ones that just have a piece of round bar bent over are easy to prise open. All locks can be defeated, this design makes it a bit harder. Bought two.

Very useful

I’ve seen a lot of negative feedback about these devices but it works fine for intended use. My scooter exhaust had crimped in on the end of the pipe and this made the ends open up. They would not, in my opinion, stretch an un-split pipe to a larger size. Only to return the pipe to original diameter.

Excellent quality and value

Initially I was reluctant to order these bars from Poland with us being outside the EU. I was also concerned the quality may not be up to much. I was wrong on both counts. They were delivered without any problems and the quality just about as good as you could ask for. The ‘fit’ was excellent and took me about two hours but I was taking my time. I suspect they are made in Poland with proper craftsman as opposed to everything we make being made in China.
