Perfect for light sleepers
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using these earplugs for years after trying all sorts, and for me, nothing else beats them. I am a light sleeper and find Bioears cancel out background noise really well - regardless of my sometimes noisy neighbours or if staying somewhere new.
A pair usually lasts me about a month. The silicone is soft and pliable, and more importantly, comfortable. I recommend them for a good nights sleep.
