  I contacted the seller when I had not received the PC. The seller said he was waiting for paycheck so he could pay for the $100 shipping cost for a $25 item that was sold with free shipping. I assumed he made a mistake, I told him to cancel the sale if he wanted to. He asked for me to pay for $50 of the shipping, I said no way, sounded like a scam. He said he would borrow money from his parents and ship it. then a few weeks later he cancelled the order without contacting or letting me know.
