  Item arrived damaged ,scratched n faulty. seller refused t follow eBay return policy n send returns label. Even lied t eBay, n said they had sent a label. I contacted eBay for them to resolve matter n was issued a full refund..I wouldn't recommend this seller. EBay at it's worst. Made us think now about buying high cost purchases .

  Yes contacted as it didn't arrive �� then arrived a week later seller said they had issues with parcel force? Then when it did arrive it was unusable as it was extremely hard to turn the pendals and OMG when you did manage to the noise was unbelievable Contacted seller who didn't get back to me �� then contacted eBay who said they would give me a refund. Still yet to see it. I've emailed eBay to ask what I'm to do with the bike and still awaiting an answer �� so do yourself a favour DON'T BUY!!!
