Most useful cookbook I've ever found!
1 of 1 found this helpful I find this cookbook very useful because all the recipes are measured for single portions; they all look appetizing; they are all costed to around £1.00 per portion, and they use few ingredients and so are quick, simple and cheap to make. I have already made some of these meals from ingredients that were gathering dust in my food cupboard/fridge because I didn't know how to use them up, so also saving on wastage. In my opinion this is the most useful recipe book for single people on a tight budget I have ever come across!

Unconvincing.
I found after first using a 'sealapack' bag to store tomatoes that they began to develop mould within a couple of days. Very disappointing.
