Seller ADVERTISED AS NEW. This was a LIE, it had BEEN USED. No factory seal on box. Unit inside was not hygienically sealed. No instruction booklet and round sponge attachment missing too. Seller also charged £5.99 postage for this, a small box. Yet seller charged only £3.50 for same sized boxed items they sell. When I told them re postage discrepancy they sd ‘twas DPD charge, yet refused to explain why other items same size £3.50. LOST ALL TRUST & FAITH

literally arrived a day after purchase!headphones arrived fully charged and passed authenticity test, did forget the charger in my package but i messaged the seller and they responded quickly and sent a one straight away so can’t complain mistakes happen :) did have some blue sticky substance on the headphones which wasn’t in the picture but easily wiped off which caused no harm, all around i would recommend this seller, packaging is is a bag with bubble wrap inside
