All the whistles and bells
This is a very good model of a car that had a short life in Met service. I believe that this one was one of a batch purchased in a hurry for the Popes visit in the 70s it had electric windows, central locking, power assisted steering and a sun roof. It was also a V8 when the fleet was without all the fripperies and were 2600. It was also very unreliable

Lowered?
Every time I look at this car I get the impression that the front is lower than it should i drove these for 5 years and the rest of it is accurate and a very nice model. Livery is very good and the Mets Panda did not have recirculating blue lights..

New radiator cap solved my problems
The fitted cap started leaking after 20 years service so it needed replacing. Having done that, the leak has stopped.
