  Before buying I asked the question Is this complete and seller replied that it was. The item arrived in good time and was well packed, but I found an essential component was missing. Contacting the seller from then on was like wading through treacle. Eventually the seller offered a paltry £5 refund as a good will gesture which I accepted. Had I not asked if the kit was complete before making the purchase, I would have not taken issue with the seller. In this case its buyer beware.

  Contacted this buyer three times about this. ( why is this like wading through treacle ? )If you care to look at the Aoyue web site for this item, you will see that in package contents, it makes no mention of an " alignment tool " in the packing list!Why is a alignment tool an essential item? you should not bend the tips anyway!You accepted my generous offer of a partial refund, moaned about it and left negative feedback.It seems there is no pleasing some people!
