  Shoes listed as "new" were in fact quite obviously worn when inspected. Seller disputed this so we sent pics showing the wear. When faced with clear evidence, (creased toes, muck in the tread pattern, worn down heels and dark toe marks), seller then had the audacity to continue to dispute this and after a couple of days came up with a story which I'm afraid was simply not believable. In view of the false description we sought a partial refund, the seller still claiming these were new refused.
