  The item was as described, packaged adequately, but took from 28June to 8 July to reach me from London to the Midlands. After I contacted the seller, my package arrived within 48 hrs or less. Have no idea why the parcel sat at the depot for days without being processed, but the seller immediately responded and rectified the issue once notified. Too soon to evaluate the product, but will update as time passes.

  Yet to use only arrived today, seller quickly dispatched the item on the 28th June didn’t arrive until 10th July been sitting in their hub going nowhere ( ERVI) no fault of the seller other than that well packaged good price just the length of time to deliver is a put off, given positive feedback to the seller as they did their part but EVRI need to do better!

  Service delivery is good, The packaging is poor. One bottle was leaking. Not sure on the smell, no leaflet inside box that you would normally see . Box has very small text. Some words are misspelled.

  When I received the item it had leaked everywhere inside the packaging. They offered to send another one out but It has been 5 days and it still hasn’t been dealt with. Will not be buying from these people again! Avoid.
