Turtle beach and loving it

I had a set of elite 800x's, so I'm thrilled to have the gen 2. Still the same issues with the app though. There's a trick to it...run the app and try to connect to the headset, while it's searching, that's when you turn on the headset blue tooth. Honestly, for the price this is a fantastic headset, defo in the top 5. You just gotta set it up properly with the APP. they have about 5 different sound presets, which you have to map to the mode button. Choosing the 'game preset' unlocks the 5 which you can then cycle through by pressing the mode button. It comes preset for only 2 which I'm betting puts a lot of people off (super human hearing and signature sound). You can also manually adjust the bass and trebles using the app. Also, make sure "mic monitoring" is turned on in the app, as I couldn't hear anything through the mic until I turned it on. In short... Amazing headset with amazing sound at a reasonable price for those who can't afford £300+ on astro a 50's. But, marred by a terrible app with practically no instructions on how to use it or set it up properly. But I do, because I owned a set of elite 800x's, so now I'm laughing and loving my new headset. Love that surround sound and banging base.
