  So happy with this coffee machie. It was packaged excellently- I was slightly worried when I saw the beat up box, BUT inside everything was packaged meticulously so no damage would occur, and tape saying delicate was so used. The postage was prompt, arrived very fast, so zero complaints on any aspect of the shipping. The item is amazing, obviosuly it is in a used condition, but I knew this from the listing and the excellent price, so the machine was as described, and works perfectly.
