    Extreme high shipping cost ($14.25 + $21.56 each = total of $35.81) for the two pint bottles (activator and Oxide). I bought both same time and asked for combined shipping but no refund. I sent 3 days of emails with no response. Called Caswell and asked person to do something -and respond to my emails. From my shipping experience the shipping (to East Coast) should have been under $14 for the size and wt of package. I got the shipment but still waiting for their reply and refund of shipping.

    Never received what I ordered. The seller would not answer any of my questions in regard to when they would ship I paid the seller the day I bought it April 14th It took Ebay. It was Ebay on the May 24th to refund my money. Ebay did an excellent job. I would would not purchase anything from Caswell
