  Boots are great, M is very happy with them. Thank you.The packaging was not good. The boots nearly escaped from the bag as the single piece of tape holding the bag closed had given way and the bag was half open. As you charged £3 for packing it should have been better. You were lucky not to lose the boots.

  Great top as described - thank you. The only thing I would say is it would help to wrap the top in tissue paper or another bag as well as the outer bag as unfortunately when I opened the package I cut the top with the scissors!
