Very misleading title!

This is listed as bert the FARTING hippo, but it doesn't make any noise at all! The two pockets serve no purpose other than to make it into a hand puppet. Package arrived as a bag wrapped in duct tape, no padding. So very very disappointed. I could have bought a hippo locally for a lot less.
