Really good product
It fits really well into a corner and uses up much less space than a conventional microwave. Also came with brilliant accessories including a vegetable steamer. Has a steam function and the Jet Defrost feature is excellent.
Sometimes it does squeak a little but that is no problem. Also you do have to make sure the door is properly shut or it won't start but absolutely no criticism of it really, it's a great product.
I bought it because it is so space-saving and I got absolutely sick and tired or burning my hands with my previous model - the oven was just too big for my worksurface and was actually quite dangerous and the door butted against my hob every time I opened it, hence the burns.
