Wipe clean cover is handy and the only down side is no pictures of the final dish.
Bought this looking for inspiration to try new recipes following the paleo way. It uses American terminology but found the UK equivalent online no problem.
Informative chapter at the beginning about what's in your food and how it affects your body - good & bad.
Lots of good recipes which help you learn what's good and what's not and then you can adapt your own favourite recipes to suit.
