Makes the right noises but not effective

Disappointed. Whirs like a bunch of bees stuck in a tin can, but needs lots of time to try and get rid of hair. I will look for something a bit more robust.

Worked well a week after the spillage occurred

Red wine on light carpet. Underfloor heating. Disaster. Used this product, with quite a bit more than the instructions recommended, and the stain has more or less gone. Also it just smells of citrus. All round, great product.
