  Shipping on time. Packaging Fine. Product did not match description. 8inch driver described - 6inch driver supplied. Supplied six-inch driver will not fit in a Tannoy 637 cabinet - the driver is too small and should have been 8inch. Communication so far is lacking - have tried emailing direct - no response - now asking ebay to assist.

  A full refund was issued due to the incorrect listing & the delay in communication was explained due to personal circumstances (a bereavement in the family). It's really disappointing to receive a negative review as all has been resolved and for a small business, the feedback is important and is positive in all cases apart from this individual purchaser. Lesson has been learnt on the incorrect listing.
