  My wife and I were disappointed with the condition of the unit. It was dirty and blemished more than we anticipated and did not reflect what was shown in the pictures. We are not satisfied with the product and were considering returning it, however, we don't want to go through the process, time, money, and inconvenience that it will cause us.

  I just found out your bad review on me the irobot. I dispute what you had said. It was clean and obviously like new and it was exactly 100% as shown on the picture when I sent it out. Can you help by withdrawing what you have written please.
