Good plot twists and excellent cast
With the time constraint they some times leave out too many details but they manage a lot of plot twists that leave you very satisfied. I know there are issues about historical inaccuracies but I appreciate the tribute to our soldiers. The 4 guys work very well together. Troy is such a great leader - blends hard nose Sargent with compassion for his men and those they rescue. Realistic - things go wrong. They get hurt. Good guys go down. But good triumphs in the end. 2 seasons was not enough.

Origin of Star Trek-well done
It's first and foremost the origin of the characters - how they all met-well done.
Good casting - they are true to the original series-Zachary did a magnificent job with Spock.
We get to hear Spock say "fascinating" for the first time.
Well written - no humdrum time.
The ending is truly satisfying.
