Poor substitute for similar AA Road Atlas britain

Looks good until you get into the content. It states boldly on the front cover that the scale is 3 miles to the inch. However, you then find out that much of Scotland is in a smaller scale and that Ireland, featured in the title, is at 20 miles to the inch. No close up city map for Dublin and Belfast.
